Shipping Policy

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Japan business days) after payment confirmation.

Hazardous Materials

• Due to safety regulations, all lighters are shipped with the gas removed.

• As lighters are classified as hazardous goods, they cannot be shipped via DHL or standard postal services.

• Therefore, all shipments are sent exclusively through our contracted FedEx service.

Shipping Method

• Orders are shipped via FedEx International Priority or an equivalent FedEx service, depending on the destination.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary by destination country and customs processing.

• Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

• Shipments may also be delayed during Japan’s major national holidays (such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year holidays) when carriers are closed, or due to other unforeseen circumstances.

Duties and Taxes

• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping fee.

Ownership and Risk

• Once the package is handed over to FedEx, ownership and the risk of loss transfer to the buyer.
