All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Japan business days) after payment confirmation.

Due to the nature of our products, all lighters are shipped with the gas removed for safety reasons.

As lighters are classified as hazardous items, they cannot be shipped via DHL or standard postal services.

Therefore, all shipments are sent exclusively through our contracted FedEx service.

Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
